1. INTRODUCTION *biscuit-introduction*

Biscuit loads files into LSP for project-wide diagnostics and lets you
batch-apply quickfix actions for specific diagnostic codes across hundreds
of files.

How it works:~
    1. |:LoadLSP| loads files and tracks which buffers it opened
    2. |:ApplyFixes| processes one fix per file per "wave", then waits
for LSP to recalculate diagnostics before the next wave
    3. Buffers with no remaining matching diagnostics are auto-closed
(if they were loaded by :LoadLSP)

This batched approach is much faster than applying fixes one-by-one when
your LSP (like gopls) takes time to recalculate after each change.
