Confirm /torch all with a Confirm/Cancel button instead of a typed word

`/torch all` now only shows how many addresses it would end, with buttons:
ephemeral on Discord (component interaction), an inline keyboard on
Telegram (callback_query), and Block Kit buttons on Slack (new signed
/slack/interactions route; response_url must be on hooks.slack.com).

A click always acts for whoever clicked, never for an owner named in the
button, and carries the previewed count so a stale prompt torches nothing
if the addresses changed. Replaces the `all confirm` text step.
