Rebuild the flame as solid pixel-art blocks instead of line-art

The parens-and-slashes version read as a droplet, not fire, and didn't
match how terminal mascots (Mistral CLI, Claude Code's Clawd) actually
look: solid colored blocks, not punctuation outlines. Rebuilt as a block
flame, narrow top, solid wide base instead of tapering back to a point,
which is what made the old one look like a candle instead of a fire.
