Bring the rest of the docs up to date for Telegram

configuration.md and architecture.md were still describing the poll
cron and daily cleanup as gated on this Worker's own DISPOSABLE_DOMAIN,
which is exactly the bug that was just fixed - both now correctly
describe them as running unconditionally. Also adds the missing
TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN/TELEGRAM_WEBHOOK_SECRET rows to configuration.md,
updates architecture.md's file tree and adapter-extension section for
core/commands.ts, core/config.ts, core/html-to-text.ts,
adapters/telegram/, and telegram-worker.ts, and points
deploy-cloudflare.md's secrets/delivery-setup steps at
telegram-adapter.md instead of only ever mentioning Discord.
