Revert embed-based DM body back to plain message content
The embed approach kept surfacing new rendering edge cases (Discord's own .txt attachment preview showing raw markdown, hard character-count truncation occasionally slicing through a link's syntax). Reverting to the simpler "From/To/Subject" + "label (url)" plain-content format, which was reliable. Keeps the two independently useful fixes from the embed work: the recipient disposable address now shown in a To: line, and duplicate links (same URL, e.g. logo + text CTA to the same place) collapsed to plain text after the first occurrence. Also makes body truncation respect line boundaries generally, not just for markdown links.
