Add short ids so commands don't need the full address

/list now shows a 5-digit id next to each address, and /extend, /note,
and /torch all accept that id instead of retyping the whole string.
Owner-scoped at lookup time same as the address itself, so it's a
typing convenience, not a security boundary.
