README cleanup, default TTL to 10 days, terminal banner

README: cut the Discord-specific Commands table and "ephemeral" out of the
top-level README, it's UI detail for one delivery adapter, not core
material. Moved it into docs/discord-adapter.md instead, with a one-line
pointer left in its place. Also had a whole README rewrite sitting
uncommitted locally from an earlier pass, that's now actually pushed.

Default address TTL changed from 7 to 10 days: config.ts default, every
doc mention, the static Discord command description, .env.example.

Added a small ASCII flame banner (src/banner.ts) printed on startup by
both terminal entrypoints, shared so it's ready to reuse for a CLI later
without redrawing it.

docs/images/ scaffolded for a demo screenshot, README has a commented-out
image tag ready to uncomment once one's added.
