Status page tab title, point README at cindermail.xyz

Browser tab now reads "Cindermail Status" instead of just
"Cindermail", so it's distinguishable from other open tabs.

README's Website/Docs links now point at cindermail.xyz, the new
domain, replacing the stale cindermail.vsvn.net references.
