Redesign the counter page to read as a status page

The previous version was three oversized glowing numbers floating
loose on the page -- looked decorative, not like data. Replaced with
a status-page layout: a status line (dot + "All systems
operational"/"Unable to reach the service", tied to the same real
poll success/failure as before) leading a plain label/value list,
thin dividers, tabular numbers, no rounded card or background panel.
