Strip invisible Unicode padding characters from extracted text

Some ESPs pad a hidden preheader with hundreds of zero-width joiners/
non-joiners, word joiners, and similar invisible formatting characters to
control the inbox preview snippet. They render as nothing but were still
counted as real characters against the inline-preview length budget,
pushing genuine content into the attachment sooner than necessary.
