Detach the previous owner's runners on transfer and re-check repository ownership on every claim
Repository runners and registrations held by the previous owner are deleted, jobs its owner-wide runners already claimed are cancelled, and a claim whose repository no longer belongs to the runner's account goes back to the queue. MCP access is dropped right away and the follower purge runs in the background so a committed transfer always finishes. Assisted-by: Crush
