Cache the viewer row in AccountState and serve directory listings from D1 read replicas
A signed-in page view no longer reads D1: the session lives in the account object and the user row is kept there for 15 s, invalidated on disable, revocation, 2FA, email, admin and rename changes. Explore, search and profile listings use the Sessions API so read replication can answer them.
