Remove the legacy static Pages feature; Sites replaces it. Shared static serving, artifact collection, custom domains, cache purge and object GC move into sites/, the Pages custom-domain zone becomes CUSTOM_DOMAINS_ZONE_ID, and migration 0049 drops the Pages tables.
