chore(deps): bump remaining dependabot dependencies (#16)

Combines the pending dependabot bumps for sugar-high, @pierre/diffs,
@pierre/trees, react/@types/react, tailwindcss, @vitejs/plugin-react,
and vite into a single commit to avoid resolving repeated bun.lock
conflicts across the individual PRs (#8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #14, #15).
