Only count private contributions while the account can still read the repository
Commit authorship by email (imported history, revoked collaborators) no longer shows a private repository's name, commit subjects or activity on the contribution graph and day panel. Hidden and taken-down repositories are left out, and the takedown predicate is shared as NOT_TAKEN_DOWN_SQL, which listings now apply too. Assisted-by: Crush
