Check the platform AI ceiling against one running counter instead of summing every account
Every AI call summed today's usage and holds over every metered account. A platform-ai counter in the Counters object now carries the day's total: a call adds its worst case when it starts and the difference to its real tokens when it settles. Assisted-by: Crush
