Ask only the repositories a user acted in when drawing their contribution graph

Each actor's AccountState keeps activity_repos (first and last counted activity per repository), fed by RepoState from every activity insert after it commits. The graph, day panel and year list read it instead of querying every repository's object on each profile view. A cron backfill indexes older activity; until it finishes, the old path stays.
