Pending migrations

0056_drop_moved_tables.sql drops every table that moved into the per-repository and per-account Durable Objects. Run it only after the cutover deploy has imported them:

Deploy the objects. The cron runs importAllScopesOnce, which touches every repository, site and account object so each copies its rows out of D1, then sets the KV key scoped-import:v1.
Confirm the key exists (wrangler kv key get --binding KV scoped-import:v1) and spot-check the site.
Move the file into migrations/ and deploy again.
