fix(audio): make volume scaling opt-in with --volume-scaling flag
Volume scaling is now off by default instead of always-on.
Enable with --volume-scaling flag or toggle at runtime via
the JSON stdin command {"cmd":"volume-scaling"}.
The status command now includes volume_scaling in its response.
