refactor: CQL cleanup — extract constants, validate inputs, surface errors

- Extract magic numbers into named constants (cooldown, poll interval, etc.)
- Validate empty audio directories early with clear error message
- Consolidate mutually exclusive mode check (--sexy/--halo/--custom)
- Extract event loop into listenForSlaps for readability
- Flatten nested conditionals with early continues
- Surface audio playback errors to stderr instead of silently dropping
- Fix variable naming (e -> entry, s -> sample) per Go conventions
- Run goimports formatting pass
