squint: a Claude Code skill and a /visual-check command

The tool measures and never calls a model; judging what a difference means
is the skill's job. It covers which mode to reach for (review by default,
because the bugs people report were never regressions), reading result.json
without filling a context window with pictures of pages that did not
change, the three things a moved shot can be, reviewing against the
project's own design guide rather than taste, and the determinism traps
that make a shot move for reasons that are not the code's.
