Commit DISPOSABLE_DOMAIN and ADAPTERS into wrangler.jsonc too

Same failure mode as the D1 binding: once wrangler.jsonc exists,
Cloudflare treats it as authoritative for vars, so the
dashboard-only DISPOSABLE_DOMAIN stopped applying the moment the
file was added, and addresses started generating as
"...@undefined". Committing both non-secret vars here closes that
gap for good instead of chasing it setting by setting.
