Wrap link URLs in <> to suppress Discord's auto-embed preview

Plain message content still triggers Discord's separate link-preview embed
for any bare URL it detects, even inside "label (url)" text -- angle
bracketing the URL suppresses that without needing markdown/embeds. Reuses
the placeholder-then-restore trick from the earlier embed attempt so the
generic tag-stripper doesn't mistake the literal <url> for an HTML tag.
