Color the terminal banner, yellow to red gradient

Plain ASCII didn't read as fire without color doing the work. Reshaped it
into a cleaner taper and added a yellow/orange/red gradient via 256-color
ANSI codes. Only colors when stdout is an actual TTY and NO_COLOR isn't
set, otherwise falls back to plain text so piped output or log collectors
never see raw escape sequences.
