Drop image-only links entirely instead of falling back to alt text

Alt text is for accessibility, not for a text summary -- surfacing it for
every logo, social icon, and app-store badge (common in marketing/
transactional templates) buried the actually meaningful links (Sign in,
Report activity) in noise. Only anchors with real text content survive now.
