Drop image-only links instead of dumping their bare URL

Links wrapping only an <img> (logo, tracking pixel, icon button) have no
text content, so the previous fallback dumped the raw href on its own line
-- several per email, all noise. Now falls back to the img's alt text if
present, otherwise drops the link entirely.
