Add a received counter, live status pill, and version to the counter page

Third stat: emails received for a live (not expired/revoked) address,
counted in handleInboundEmail right after the address check passes,
regardless of whether delivery to the adapter itself succeeds --
matches "the system received this" rather than "delivery worked".

Status pill reflects real fetch success/failure from the page's own
poll, not a decorative always-green dot. Version pulls package.json's
version at bundle time via a plain import (resolveJsonModule), so it
tracks whatever gets bumped there without further code changes.

Also raises MAX_ACTIVE_ADDRESSES to 10 in wrangler.jsonc for this
deployment, and skips an "uptime" stat -- doesn't map onto a
stateless Worker without inventing a number that isn't real.
