Merge secfix/merge: October 2026 security audit fixes
Lands the auth, git transport, CI/hosting, authorization and integrations fix branches plus the camo image proxy and the separate user-content origin, on top of the src/ui design-system extraction. Conflicts resolved to the new ~/ui primitives (Badge tone names, ExternalLink for the sanitized profile website).
