chore: add license, funding, CI, and dependabot
Add 0BSD LICENSE, GitHub FUNDING config, strict CI (lint/format/type-check/build) on push and PR, and dependabot (bun + github-actions). Document license in README. Use collision-proof keys in CommitDiffView.
